My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were big and clean with comfortable beds, but we encountered constant issues with insects. Although there were two single beds, we were disappointed to find no additional qualities like a coffee/tea making facility. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster; while we had a hiccup with our sunbeds being mistakenly taken, on the bright side, they confirmed our late check-out the day before and were generally helpful and friendly. The location was a win for us, with a clean and comfortable hotel close to the beach and offering a perfect balance of being near the main strip for shopping and nightlife without the noise. The dining experience was decent, with a good selection of food available till late hours in the Bulgarian restaurant. Unfortunately, the noise from lots of young children was a downside, possibly due to the out-of-season time we visited. Now, let me break it down for you.
The hotel is in an amazing location right on the beach with clean and tidy rooms. The service is attentive and the overall value for money is excellent. However, there are minor inconveniences with sunbed reservations and some noise disturbances.
